Is it really one rate for everything?
Yes. Every feature, unlimited users, 1,000 claims and 30 GB are in the base. The only thing that changes your number is how much you bill, and we'll show you exactly how on the call.
Why not just publish the full formula?
Because a number without context gets read wrong in both directions. Small operations assume it's too much; large ones assume it can't be enough. Thirty minutes fixes both.
What's the contract?
One-year agreement, rate locked for 24 months. RCM on its own has no long-term lock-in.
Can I bill vaccines or pharmacy DME on this?
Yes. Community pharmacies bill DME and immunizations under the medical benefit on the same platform. CPESN pharmacies have a dedicated program.
