Account configuration, payer setup, and go-live support. Waived in full when you switch from another billing platform and sign a 1-year agreement.
Standard Data Migration — Included
Patients, payers, insurance records, and documents — our team moves them for you, free, for migrations up to 5,000 patients / 25 GB. Larger or legacy custom conversions are scoped up front and quoted as a flat fee before any work begins. Never hourly, never open-ended.
Initial Training — Included
Full onboarding training for your team is included with every new account — we want every user confident before go-live. Additional sessions for new hires are available anytime at $195 per session.
