For DMEWorks customers

Your billing system stopped taking new clients. Don't wait for it to stop taking yours.

DMEWorks' own site says it is not accepting new customers. BFLOW® moves everything you have, the 835 auto-posting and recurring claims you rely on keep working, and you gain AI intake, payer calls and plain-English reporting. Migration is included with every plan.

Four steps

One accountable migration lead from kickoff to cutover.

STEP 1

Export

We take a DMEWorks database backup or your exported tables. Encrypted transfer, HIPAA chain of custody.

STEP 2

Map and load

Patients, payers, orders, claims, A/R, inventory and documents mapped into BFLOW. We have done this for other legacy DME systems; the DMEWorks schema is known to us.

STEP 3

Reconcile

Side-by-side A/R and claim-count reports. You sign off on the numbers before anything goes live.

STEP 4

Cut over

Clearinghouse enrollment on Availity, staff training, and a go-live week with your migration lead on call.

Move before you have to.

Tell us your claim volume and go-live window. We will send a migration plan and a quote the same week.
